Content Submission Guidelines
To maintain the integrity and professional standards of the LBN platform, all submitted content must comply with our content guidelines, which include (but are not limited to):
- High-definition video and audio quality
- Clear storytelling structure
- No hate speech, explicit violence, or unlawful content
- Must own or have rights to all content submitted
Content is subject to review by our team. Submitting content does not guarantee automatic approval. Our aim is to keep the platform engaging, diverse, and professionally curated.
4. Approval & Credit Policy
- If your content is approved, it will be scheduled and aired accordingly on the LBN Television Network.
- If your content is not approved, you will receive a credit to your LBN account, which can be used toward future submissions or other LBN services.
- Refunds will not be issued once payment is made and content has been submitted. By submitting payment, you acknowledge this no-refund policy.
5. Ownership & Rights
All creators retain full ownership of their content. By submitting your work to LBN, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to distribute, promote, and display your content across our platform(s) and affiliated media channels. This license is granted for the purposes of streaming, promotion, and marketing of your submitted project.
6. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the legal owner of all content submitted or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.
- Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LBN Television Network, its affiliates, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your content.
7. Limitation of Liability
LBN Television Network is not liable for any loss of profits, opportunities, or damages that may occur as a result of your use of our services or platform. We are not responsible for third-party actions, internet interruptions, or acts of God that may impact service availability.
8. Modifications to Terms
LBN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
